Refund Policy

At Burtons Island Flavours, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality marinated meats, vacuum-sealed for freshness and convenience. We take great pride in the products we sell, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Please read our refund policy below for more information:

  • Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery or pickup, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or exchange for the damaged item, depending on your preference.

  • Incorrect or Missing Items: In the event that you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours. We will promptly correct the mistake and either send you the missing items or issue a refund for the incorrect item.

 

  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products (fresh and frozen meats), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased due to a change of mind. Please ensure you are satisfied with your order before making a purchase.

 

  • Frozen Products: If you purchase frozen products and they arrive thawed or at an improper temperature, we will assess the situation and, if the product is deemed unsafe for consumption, a refund or replacement will be issued.

 

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product upon receiving it. If any issues are found, please contact us immediately. If the product is stored or handled improperly after purchase (i.e., left unrefrigerated for extended periods), we cannot accept a return or offer a refund.
